Lean Building 2

Designed to help you build muscle. This is a hypertrophy (or muscle-building) program that utilizes barbells and dumbbells—but since it was launched during the pandemic, I included dumbbell modifications if you don’t have access to barbells. It’s 12 weeks’ long and includes three 45-min days and two 15-min days for a total of 5 days a week total of training. Designed for all fitness levels.

Physique Finishers

All metabolic conditioning workouts. They’re short (all workouts are 10, 15 or 20 minutes in length) and they’re designed to get you burning, breathless and losing fat. There’s a 6-week track (all metabolic conditioning) and a 12-week track (metcons plus heavier, traditional lifting) and you must have access to at least a set of dumbbells. All fitness levels will do well, and the goal is fat loss.

Fast Physique is my most hardcore program I have, designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers. It’s 9 weeks long, 6 days a week and 40 minutes a day. The goal is to change the shape of the body (gain muscle, burn fat, get more definition) using barbells and dumbbells. Not for beginners.
